The Owen Memorial Rose Garden is a public rose garden on the north bank of the Willamette River in Eugene, near Skinner Butte. The garden has more than 4,500 rose bushes of hundreds of varieties, as well as a collection of heritage roses and a large old cherry tree that is among the garden's best-known features.

Paths run through the beds and along the riverside, and benches and picnic areas make it a pleasant stop. Roses bloom from late spring through early fall, with the peak display typically in June.

The garden is free to visit and open daily. It is a short walk from downtown Eugene and connects with the riverside path system.
